HCBC needed a way to showcase their Boozy Bottomless Oktoberfest Brunch, partnering with award winning kitchen Eat Lagom to create a month of Beer & Bratwurst Hotdogs.

Was a joy to spend the day filming brass bands, boozy patrons and top tier chefs.
