HCBC & Eat Lagom bought me in to document their incredible, award-winning Roast. Forged in the flames of Eat Lagom’s kitchen behind the HCBC’s ‘Best Brewery’ Taproom, this one was a delicious day of shooting.

Smoke, Fire and about 8-weeks of bookings - there’s a reason Good Food Guide wanted display the Taproom & Kitchen combo these guys have to offer, and it was a privilege to be the one to capture it all.
